Quality Control

QC/Technical Support Our QC team consists of engineers, technicians and well-trained workers to make sure the production processes are smooth-running. We also have 17 technicians in charge of QC training. All our inspectors are trained to perform QC checks with the most meticulous methods. Regular in-house training sessions are extended so as to update them on the latest techniques. QC Staff 30 to 39 Periodic QC meeting Strict QC procedures Materials/Components Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Korea, Italy, USA and mainland China Procedures/testing Details QC inspections are conducted on all the raw materials, at each stage of whole production, and through random selections for added quality assurance. All the finished items undergo additional comprehensive QC inspection for quality assurance.
